Our business is organised into two lending divisions, Mortgage Lending and Commercial Lending. Retail savings deposits are the main source of funding for our lending activities, supported by the tactical use of wholesale funding and central bank facilities. Central funding is also provided through corporate bonds.
Overview
We provide finance to SMEs and small corporates operating in a wide range of commercial lending markets, as well as motor finance to Sydney-based consumers. We focus on specialist assets and underserved markets in four main areas.
SME Lending
A range of finance solutions for SMEs covering a wide array of sectors, including agriculture, aviation, construction, commercial vehicles and business equipment.
Development Finance
Finance for non-bank specialist lenders, either through wholesale funding or block discounting.
Structured Lending
Finance through approved intermediaries and dealers for cars, light commercial vehicles, motorhomes and caravans.
Motor finance
Finance through approved intermediaries and dealers for cars, light commercial vehicles, motorhomes and caravans.
